Digitizing is the process of turning your logo into an embroidery file that tells the machine exactly how to stitch it. It is a one-time step per logo, and we handle it in-house so the result is accurate. Once it is done we keep the file on hand for all of your future orders.

Embroidery starts at 12 pieces per design, a lower minimum than screen printing because the setup works differently. Mixing garments, like polos and caps under the same logo, is usually fine within one order.

For jackets, polos, caps and uniforms that get heavy use, yes. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric so it does not crack or fade the way a print can on outerwear.
