Yes. 100% payment is due before production begins. This secures your spot in our schedule and keeps the presses moving.

Quotes are valid for 15 days. Pricing and timelines can change after that due to supplier stock and market costs.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from payment and mockup approval.

Yes. If our production schedule allows, we can fast-track your order for an additional fee.

No. At Rogue Lab, we only print on garments we supply. This ensures every screen printing, embroidery, or DTF order meets our high-quality standards from start to finish. We source blanks from top brands and boutique labels, offering a massive selection of t-shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, and workwear so you’ll always find the right garment for your project — whether you’re in Winnipeg, Manitoba, or anywhere in Canada and the USA.

Vector files are preferred. AI, EPS, or PDF. High-res .PSD or PNGs (300 DPI at print size) also work for full-colour prints. Low-quality files may require a redraw or additional art fees.
